This is a fact that will nev­er change.

Despite being a small ter­ri­to­ry, the instru­ments required to prop­er­ly reg­u­late the tele­com mar­ket are the same as those reg­u­la­tors use in coun­tries with high­er pop­u­la­tions. Sup­pli­ers of these tools how­ev­er, do not make the dis­tinc­tion with the result that small island reg­u­la­tors will nev­er be able to prop­er resolve their chal­lenges, as the fees they col­lect in their mar­ket are sim­ply not enough.
