Market Regulation

A regulated market or controlled market, is the provision of telecom products and services that are regulated by a government appointed entity, in most cases referred to as the Regulator. The regulation may cover the terms and conditions for supplying/delivering the products and services and in particular the price allowed to be charged and/or to whom they are supplied. It is common for a regulated market to control telecommunication monopolies.
