Where required by the in-coun­try reg­u­la­tor, our firm pro­vides sup­port and advice in the process of resolv­ing dis­putes between par­ties. In many cas­es this dis­pute is between two oper­a­tors, but there are also cas­es where dis­putes arise between an oper­a­tor and a ser­vices provider or even with an end-cus­tomer.

It is the duty of the reg­u­la­tor to ensure that these dis­putes are han­dled prop­er­ly and even­tu­al­ly resolved.
